*UPDATE: THE PREVIOUSLY PLANNED GROUP HIKE HAS BEEN CANCELED* Instead of hiking, we’ll be spending the afternoon relaxing at Evergreen. Come find us by the pool or grab us for a game of cornhole when you get in.

3:30: Evergreen check-in time

6PM: Welcome BBQ and campfire

Everyone is invited to our welcome BBQ on Friday evening at the Lodge. It’ll be casual, and conclude with a campfire. Bring an instrument if you’d like to play along.

Attire: Casual. It might get cold at night, so bring a jacket.

Saturday, August 1

4:30 PM: Meet at the General Store for a 5-10 minute walk down to the ceremony site in the woods.

Attire for wedding and reception: Mountain cocktail. Wear sensible shoes for the walk through the woods. 

5:00 PM: Ceremony in the woods

After the ceremony, we’ll wander back up to the lodge for an evening of dinner and dancing.

5:30 PM: Reception

Cocktails, dinner, and dancing back at the lodge. The reception is outdoors, and temperatures can drop quickly in the mountains at night, so bring a wrap or jacket to stay warm  throughout the evening.

10:00 PM – 1AM: After-party in the Tavern

DJ Spinnerty will move indoors, and the revelry will continue until you can’t dance any more.

Sunday, August 2

8:30-10:30AM: Breakfast

Join us for one last meal with all your new friends before you check out and hit the road.

Attire: Casual
